Grains & Seeds Bakery offers artisan bread made with freshly milled flours from locally sourced organic heritage grains. We are blessed to have The Scottish Mill that is committed to the traditional practice of stone milling as our main flour supplier.

Traditionally leavened with lievito madre ("mother yeast") and packed with dark chocolate, candied citrus, and dried cranberries. Topped with a crunchy chocolate glaze, hazelnuts, pearl sugar.
